Blast the Past

Blast the Past is a VR physics-puzzle in which the player has to control a wrecking ball vehicle, utilizing the vehicle controls, to destroy the last old building in a modern city without damaging any of the nearby skyscrapers.

My Responsibilities:
As the creator of the initial pitch, I had to explain what this game is all about and how we were supposed to create it. In my position as the Game Designer was I tasked with the iteration of how the game is supposed to function and what possibilities the players should have. The exact documentation of this is in the GDD_BlastThePast_15042018 file. In addition to that, was my job to create the complete logic of the game utilizing Unreal Blueprints with the exception of the destruction physics. Additional engine modifications to allow to use Nvidia Blast simultaneously to WWise are done in C++.
