Just allowing players to go heavy on the difficulty settings can already help a lot of people to play through a game regardless of accessibility requirements.
It’s relevant to consider that if these options should actively help to make to game more accessible extreme options like reducing damage to the player to 0, being undetectable during stealth encounters and increasing how much damage the player can deal should be considered and are encouraged.
In general, the more settings with as drastic as possible ranges for the settings effect the more accessibility needs will be met by them.
